Do I need an appointment to buy or sell?
While walk-ins may be accommodated when possible, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment so we can reserve time just for you, review your goals, and prepare any inventory or quotes in advance.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid government-issued ID, your payment method, and any coins, bars, jewelry, or bullion you’re looking to sell or have evaluated. If you have past receipts, appraisals, or certificates, those can be helpful too.
How do you verify authenticity?
We use professional testing and verification methods—such as weight and dimension checks, visual inspection, and specialized testing equipment—to confirm metal content and authenticity before completing any transaction.
What is the $50 Deal Deposit and how does it work?
The $50 Deal Deposit is a pre-payment that secures your appointment time. It’s credited toward your final purchase total at your visit—it’s not an extra fee. If you don’t complete a purchase, our standard cancellation and refund policies apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We typically accept cash, cashier’s checks, and major debit/credit cards. For larger transactions, we may request bank wires or certified funds.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?
We work with clients buying or selling single coins and rounds all the way up to larger investments. If you’re planning a significant transaction, let us know in advance so we can ensure appropriate inventory and preparation.
How are your gold and silver prices determined?
Our prices are based on the live spot price of gold and silver, plus a small premium that reflects the specific product (coins vs. bars, brand, condition, rarity, etc.). We review market pricing throughout the day to keep our rates competitive and fair.
Can I sell my gold or silver to you?
Yes. We buy a wide range of items including bullion coins and bars, old jewelry, scrap gold and silver, and collections. We’ll test and evaluate your items on the spot and make a transparent, no-pressure offer based on current market values.
Do you offer storage or shipping services?
Our primary focus is in-person transactions, but in some cases we can help arrange secure shipping or discuss local storage options and best practices. We’ll go over the safest ways to protect your metals during and after your purchase.
